Hotel Rheinischer Hof, Garmisch-Partenkirchen

The hotel offered an excellent buffet breakfast with a view of Zugspitze, accompanied by friendly staff and convenient bus connections to the city center. However, the rooms would benefit from a new painting, and the bathroom wasn't as warm as expected, making it a bit tricky to reach Reception due to road-crossing; with few options nearby.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The rooms were large, clean, and cozy, perfect for our family with a comfortable sofa for the kids. The service was top-notch, with staff who were always available to provide us with tourist information. The location was ideal, near the center and not too far from all the tourist attractions, making it super convenient for us. The dining options were fantastic, offering a variety of delicious choices, and the facilities were excellent, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Upon arrival, I was directed to a room with a balcony offering breathtaking views of the Zugspitze mountain. Although the buffet breakfast was excellent, the room in a different building with limited seating was a minor inconvenience. The bus connection to the city center was convenient.

Our room in the Smarti Rooms, as a family with a small kid, was conveniently located above the reception and lobby, offering easy access but lacked printed info about the hotel and the area. The owner provided friendly and helpful service, but crossing the road to reach Reception was a bit inconvenient. It was a comfortable stay overall, especially with the helpful owner.

The hotel offers very comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms, although slightly dated. The service is excellent with friendly and very helpful staff. The location is convenient, especially for accessing the bus station and exploring lower Bayern. The dining options are varied with a cozy restaurant atmosphere. However, the lack of printed information in rooms and the challenge of crossing the road to the reception are minor inconveniences.
